I can’t believe how awesome the LEGO NINJAGO Masters of Spinjitzu Dieselnaut 70654 is! This ninja warrior toy and playset is the perfect gift for any aspiring ninja builder. The armored battle tank is seriously cool with its rotating turrets, spring-loaded shooters, and a ton of ninja minifigures to battle with. Me and my friends have had endless hours of fun building and playing with this set. And let’s be real, who doesn’t love a good brick battle tank?
I have to give a shoutout to my buddy Teen Wu (yes, we’re on a first name basis now) who comes included in the set along with Jay, Zane, Iron Baron, Heavy Metal, Muzzle and Skullbreaker. These minifigures are seriously detailed and add so much to the overall experience. Plus, the fact that there are 1,179 pieces in this set just blows my mind. That’s a lot of building potential!
One of my favorite features of the Dieselnaut tank is definitely the hidden rear compartment for ninja weapons. How cool is that? Plus, with an opening cockpit and roof, as well as two rotating turrets with spring-loaded shooters, there are endless possibilities for epic ninja battles. And let’s not forget that this set is compatible with all other LEGO construction sets for even more creative building options. Overall, I am beyond impressed with this set and highly recommend it to all fans and big kids aged 9-14 (and beyond!). Plus, the Dragon Pit itself is packed with action features like a watchtower, dual missile shooter, and even a jail with a trapdoor. It’s perfect for kids who love ninjas (and adults who are still kids at heart)!
I was blown away by the attention to detail in this set. With 1660 pieces, there’s so much to build and play with. And the best part? There are 9 NINJAGO minifigures included, each with their own unique look and weapons. My personal favorite is Chew Toy – how could you not love a ninja dog? My son has been begging for this Stormbringer set ever since he saw it on TV. So when I surprised him with it for his birthday, he was beyond thrilled! He spent hours building the 493 pieces and was so proud when he finished. Now he can reenact all of his favorite scenes from the show with his very own Lightning Dragon and minifigures. I absolutely love the LEGO NINJAGO Masters of Spinjitzu Destiny’s Wing 70650 Building Kit! It’s been discontinued, but I was lucky enough to snag one before it was gone. As soon as I opened the box, I knew it was going to be an awesome build. The jet plane is incredibly detailed and looks amazing once completed. Me and my son had so much fun putting it together.
My friend Tim recently got this set and he can’t stop raving about it either. He said the opening cockpit and spring-loaded shooters were his favorite features, but I have to disagree. For me, it’s all about the detachable katanas and battling Jet Jack for the Dragonbone Blade! The minifigures that come with the set, Kai and Jet Jack, are also super cool and add even more fun to playtime.
My neighbor’s daughter Lily is obsessed with all things Ninjago, so when she saw my Destiny’s Wing jet plane on display in my living room, she begged me to let her play with it. Of course I said yes and she had a blast flying it around and reenacting scenes from the show. It’s great that this set is suitable for both boys and girls aged 6-14, as well as fans of all ages.
